Group Therapy

Our therapy groups are a place for people to share common issues in their lives. In the group context individuals are able to receive immediate feedback and support from other group members who share similar challenges in their own lives. People learn that they do not need to struggle alone, and have an opportunity to observe and reflect on how they and others relate to situations in their lives. We work collaboratively with group members to find alternative coping skills for their stressors while providing educational information and support about specific issues related to addiction, living with an addict, other substance abuse issues, and recovery. Groups are ongoing, and entrance is dependent on opening availability.
